Any reservations made on this website or any of its affiliated websites, imply full acceptance of these terms of sale and the payment of the sums due in respect of bookings made. Terms of payment are within The Company’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by The Company, payment must be received by The Company prior to The Company’s acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by The Company.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of France. You agree and represent that you are buying only for your own internal use only, and not for resale or export. The Company has separate terms and conditions governing resale of Product by third parties.
The Parties agree that this agreement, any sales there under, or any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including statutory, common law, and equitable claims) between Client and The Company arising from or relating to this agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this agreement, The Company’s advertising, or any related purchase shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflicts of Laws rules.
All products, tours and services offered by The Company are valid as per the dates displayed at paristoversailles.com or any affiliated website. The Company is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
Prices listed on The Company’s websites or affiliated websites are per person and include TVA unless otherwise specified. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). The Company accepts the following credit cards Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best we can. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have developed the following cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation is required via email on contact @ paristoversailles dot com. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, please note that 100% refunds are not possible due to the expenses incurred in preparing for your tour. These include fees to our booking system and bank, advance ticket purchases to museums, and administrative costs.
In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour, subject to our business practices and availability of guides and tickets to Museums. Please be aware that rescheduling may incur an additional charge to cover new ticket reservations. However, if the original reservation is missed or skipped, we reserve the right to charge the full price for new tour reservations.
We also reserve the right to deny rescheduling if the notification is received less than 10 days before the tour start time.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
More than 4 weeks before the tour: A minimum of 25% of the tour price is non-refundable. (Exceptions apply for our exclusive tour, “Hidden Gems,” where the non-refundable portion will be higher to cover museum tickets, booking, and payment system fees.)
28 to 10 days before the tour: A minimum of 50% of the tour price is non-refundable.
9 to 1 day before the tour: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.
No-show: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which allow us to continue providing exceptional service and experiences to all our clients.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
If a tour has been started, if the tickets have been bought, the driver and/or the guide started their services, Paris To Versailles Private Tours won’t be able to reimburse the cost of the service in case of an unexpected event that is not due to Paris To Versailles Private Tours.
WAIVER
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
GENERAL
The laws of France govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
